We the undersigned urge the Government of Canada and the Minister of community safety to quash the parole board decision to release Darren Scott Ray into the Durham Region.
Residents should feel safe in their own community.
Child murderers should never be allowed to leave prison.
Not only will a faster commute improve the quality of life for GO passengers living in Whitby and Durham Region, it will attract more riders for Metrolinx and reduce traffic congestion on the roads and highways.
